To whom it may concern,

Our sliding patio door, in our living room, was so bad that we would walk all the way around the house and use the one in our master bedroom in order to use our pool. This was very inconvenient, especially when we had guests over. Now that you put new rollers in it, cleaned and lubricated the track, and installed the new stainless steel rail cap, it is operating better then new. We now can access our pool in a proper manner.

I was given EZ Slider contact by Mick Hahn from Parcel Express after I mentioned we had a door that was not working properly.

My sister, Lydia Engleman, called to have someone look at our sliding door as it was not closing properly. Two very polite and well-mannered young gentlemen came out, assessed the situation, and told us what they could do. We were so impressed, we asked when they could fix it and they said, "Now?" Of course, we said yes. It took them no time at all to replace the rollers, do some work on the rails, and clean up. No mess, no fuss.

We now have a sliding door we can use again thanks to these two gentlemen. If this is any indication of the level of service offered by EZ Slider, I will heartily recommend them to anyone who needs a door repair or replacement.

Had a sliding door that needed two hands to open and now only needs one finger to push open. Called on Monday and scheduled for Wednesday. Steve and his helper showed up on time and after only 30 minutes, the repair was done. Totally satisfied!

Oh yeah, and the price was very reasonable.

I called Mark with my problem. He told me he would be here at a certain date and time. Two days before the appointment, he called me and confirmed our appointment. On the right date and time, they arrived. I couldn't believe the work they did. I have three panels of 8-foot sliding glass doors. We contacted EZ Slider for a repair, and John and Justin were so professional. They explained why the repair was needed and made sure we understood our options. Restores our faith in the younger generation to have met such courteous young men. They represent the company well.

Our windows are 17 years old, and we had a total of five windows that were in need of rebuilding. Called EZ Slider, left a message, and Mark called me promptly back. Mark came today, rebuilt the five that needed to be rebuilt, and since he was here, we decided to have him check out the remaining windows, and they were still good and didn't need to be repaired. We found Mark to be very thorough, very neat, had the parts for our elderly windows, and in what seemed as no time, had the windows repaired. The windows also now have a one-year warranty. We were delighted to find this company and would highly recommend Mark and EZ Slider to anyone who needs to have their windows repaired at a reasonable rate by an honest person.

What a fantastic job they did, it glides so nice, like a brand-new door. I wish I could remember the name of the two guys who came, as they were wonderful!

What a wonderful job Justin and John did today, 4/23/2020. We recently moved into a 30-year-old house from 1990 with absolutely the worst sliders ever. House had had five previous owners who used it as a second home only and totally neglected it. It was impossible to open some sliders, while others would wrench your shoulder in the attempt and make horrendous noises. They were death traps in the event of a fire. Frankly, we didn’t think anything could be done and didn’t want the huge expense of new sliders, but these two young men transformed all our sliders so that they can actually be opened with just a pinkie finger. We are ecstatic. These two men worked very hard for over four hours straight, methodically taking apart every slider and completely refurbishing and reconditioning them. It was shocking to see the state of the internal sliding wheels that they replaced because the old ones were completely rusted and frozen in place.

Justin and John are diligent, honest, thorough, and careful, besides being cheerful and extremely courteous. We VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE and these two technicians. It’s also reassuring to know that the work comes with a three-year warranty.

My double slider doors worked (or not) just like the video on EZ Slider’s website...horrible! I could barely close the door! Having 9-foot triple sliding doors that could barely open be able to slide with one finger is wonderful! Steve and Chris did a wonderful job for us. What a great team they are! They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, answered our questions, and set out by removing the doors. They thoroughly cleaned the tracks, replaced the rollers, reset the doors, and even cleaned the glass for us! Our handles were original and tough to grip, so they suggested new handles that make it so easy to open the doors. We didn't even realize they repaired sticky windows, so we had them repair an old window that hadn't opened in years! Years of frustration were wiped away in a short time, and we have recommended EZ Slider to a number of our friends. Nice to have a family-owned company that has such pleasant repair technicians come to our home.

We were so pleased with the timely service and great work performed by Steve and Chris. They arrived on time, repaired our 9-foot triple slider that could barely open and a 9-foot double slider as well. EZ Slider came out to our home today to do a repair on our sliding door. They said they would be there at 11:00 AM, and they were. They came in with masks and booties over their shoes, which I was very happy to see. They looked over the issues, told me what needed to be done and the price. I gave my ok, and they went to work. They were done in about 20 minutes and fixed the slider to my satisfaction. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Very good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Two gentlemen arrived today to do work for me from the company EZ Slider. They arrived exactly on time, were very professional and meticulous in the work they were doing for me. They installed a much better lock for my sliders, which is so much more secure than the one that was originally installed when the house was built. They put a handle on the outside of the slider and installed better rollers and repaired the tracking, which now makes opening the sliders so much easier. I would highly recommend this company, and the money spent was well worth it.

EZ Slider replaced the rollers on my large triple slider. It had been hard to open, didn't lock properly, and screeched while sliding. I can now open it with one finger. It's now very smooth and quiet. The guys also installed deadbolts on all of my operable sliders. The crew was very professional and left everything clean, secure, and properly adjusted.

Steven and Jacob replaced our sliding door rollers with the stainless steel ones and a steel cap on the track railing. The doors are like brand new!
